My role

I led Teacher Tier end-to-end, redesigning the pricing experience and building a dedicated sell page for teachers. Working closely with product and engineering, I shaped what the tier actually meant in practice, not just as a label but as a personalized experience for teachers.

Designed with transparency in mind

I introduced a monthly/annual toggle to make pricing feel transparent rather than buried. Plan cards were redesigned with clearer benefit breakdowns so anyone could compare plans at a glance.

Context where it matters

By revealing short, focused explanations on click, tooltips minimize clutter while keeping the interface informative and easy to scan.

Directing users from A+ Teacher features to a focused upgrade page reduces friction and streamlines conversion.

The result
